    Overall, it was okay. However, they helped me identify my expectations when applying for other job opportunities, such as what to look for in an organization.
    The good things- Option to work from the office - Flexibility in working hours - Availability of Udemy courses for learning and development
    The challenges- Language barriers and cultural differences hinder communication. - Lack of bonuses and appreciation exacerbate the issue. - Organizational changes without clear direction add to frustrations. - Engagements seems... forced

    Great place to work indeed
    The good thingsThe management provides you with the tools to deliver your work and the trust that you don't need to be micromanaged. The trainings and certifications that you can take is almost limitless and it is up to you how you want to progress your career.
    The challengesWorking remotely makes you miss out with interaction with your coworkers, and they are all awesome.

    Not an ideal company to retire
    The good thingsA lot of opportunities to grow. Projects use emerging technologies.
    The challengesNo retirement benefits. Employees engaged to multiple projects/responsibilities yet salary barely moving. Management doesn't care if you are performing or not the important thing is they can pay you cheap enough to keep the project moving/afloat because they have high profit margin. Growth opportunities should be spent on your personal time. Employees keep leaving the company even if it's pandemic. They have non-compete clause, make sure you consider a premium in agreeing with that. Work/life balance is poor if you compare to the salary you are getting.

    If you want certificates, this is the company you're looking for!
    The good things- They care about whether employees have certificates, and will help them get it if they do not have. - Nice office! - Free fruits every week and free food sometimes! - Inclusive (not Catholic based company). The previous company I worked for has masses inside the office. - Intercultural experience. You work often with Polish people and depending on your assignments, you could be exposed to other cultures as well. - Work from home. Very ideal to avoid traffic.
    The challenges- Not much, I am just new in this company.

    One of the best Multinational IT Companies in the PH
    The good things- Best Working Environment (Management has a great trust on their employees. No micromanaging, which results to an even greater results) - Work-Life Balance (Flexible working arrangements, allowed WFH even before the pandemic and easy to be approved leaves) - Career Growth Opportunities (unlimited free certifications and training)
    The challengesLingaro should review benefits. There's no significant benefit other than 13th month pay that you would look forward at the end of the year

    The good thingsCareer Growth - Lingaro offers opportunity for everyone to not be limited to your expertise but be versatile to learn new platforms or technology. Environment - Every employee deserves to have a welcoming environment. This helps everyone to work harder and will surely provide a good client service.

    Good company standard and practice
    The good thingsThe best company to work with! Despite the current pandemic situation, this company stayed very resilient and was able to adapt to changes, giving flexibility to everyone's safety the company allowed the work from home set up. When it comes to work, despite of the challenging task given, it is a good place to hone your skills as it provides proper support and training for each employee. Everyone is approachable and willing to help, every assistance needed is properly attended to, and every problem is resolved as a team.
    The challengesThe company is very fast when it comes to technology, so I suggest that everyone should be well adapted to cope up with the fast-paced environment

    Great start for your IT Career
    The good thingsIn Lingaro, there are many oppurtunity that they can offer you -- like certification, trainings, etc. They know what the individual needs and they are no stranger in helping one to grow and learn in our industry. They have a good people here. Always willing to help you, shares their knowledge and experience. There is also a privilege to work remotely -- this is super special especially to those who have difficulties in commuting to the office. The company also has an international presence and ongoing expansion growth wherein the more oppurtunities is yet to come. It can also compete not only in the Philippines but outside the country.
    The challengesPay rate for support role is reasonable and quite competitive. Additional benefits would be helpful.

    The challenges- Building turns off the ACs at night, so if you are in graveyard shift, this might be a challenge.

    The good thingsLingaro is true to their core values which are No Barriers, Technology Excellence, Collaboration, Autonomy, Customer Focus. Ever since I joined the organization, all the promises from my contract signing was met in the span of 6mos.
    The challengesIf you are used to work with documents for everything you need for the project then you will have a problem, since not everything is documented on time/accordingly.

    The good thingsThis company is the BEST! did you ever experience chatting long with your manager telling your goals with no barrier, here in lingaro WE ARE OPEN, and we have no trust issues or gossips and office politics because we always believe that, being OPEN is the key for the self and company success.
    The challengesWorking here is not difficult, because we believe in COLLABORATION, team is so good mingling, if you want to have the best carrier in IT field may be you should join LINGARO.

    The good things-A lot of opportunities within the company. -They fund trainings/certifications for all employees. -They have approachable HRs and skilled employees. All are knowledgeable in their respective fields. you can rely on your team mates.

    Truly a great place to work!
    The good thingsGreat opportunities are laid down to the employees. Lots of training, both professional and technical are given to enhance skills of employees. Good compensation. The company REALLY promotes work-life balance!
    The challengesDuring work, there are "down" times but most days are not. Counterparts sometimes are a bit challenging to work with but helpful, nonetheless.

    Don't be afraid to try new things!
    The good thingsI've learned a lot of new thing and experience here that I did not expect :) Lots of effort and hard work really pays with right people and team. Also the they highly promoting the WORK LIFE BALANCE which I think very rare nowadays.
    The challengesThere is a lot of challenges you can encounter but all depends on the take of each individual. People are very helpful regardless of team.

    The good thingsThe people are very nice and friendly. Specially night shift team 😎 As we are a small company here in the PH, the opportunity is also very big.
    The challengesThere some times that it is actually so busy. The foreign counterparts can be quite challenging. Quite the need for more experienced people.
