Not a company, but a familyThe good thingsI consider myself blessed to have this as my first job. I think the greatest asset this company has were the people, and I was just glad to meet all of them, from the workers, engineers, up to the management. As my review title speaks about, this wasn't a company, but really a family, and it's not an overstatement. The leaders were very approachable and understanding. I've always felt free to manage my time, express my opinions, share personal difficulties and suggest improvements on how I want my environment to work. In my case, I think I built relationships that are good to last for a lifetime.
The challengesOne thing the company can improve upon is on the development of their people when it comes to their technical skills and career challenges. After years of being there, I thought the company could no longer add more challenge for my career.
