    The challengesToxic boss and toxic management. You will be overloaded with unending tasks. Compensation is not competitive compared to the same field in the market.

    Great and has lot of opportunities for fresh graduates.
    The good thingsI felt like I was a part of a team doing an integral role in serving our clients with the service we may offer. Although I work there as an intern, the technical manager treat me as a Junior Project Engineer. Meaning, he believes that I have potential on this field and hoping that someday when I am already and Engineer, I will be able to work with them as a colleague and companion in the industry. I admit that even I passed the board examination, I still have many things to learn and experience and If given opportunity, I want to work there with all my knowledge and skill. That's all thank you.
    The challengesMaybe the lack of experience and acclimatization from school to work. Definitely because I am still a newbie and still don't have the courage to decide what to do. But I am willing to learn more,train more, and improve on this field if given another chance.
