    Not a good company/ Not Advisable for Professional Growth
    The good thingsNone, Always believe in hearsays.
    The challengesToo much work, Insufficient process controls in place, inadequate and incomplete work instructions, incompetent leaders and lack of detailed plan for employee growth. Company will take your issues personally to the extent that they will believe in hearsays about you.

    Pretty challenging but worth it!
    The good thingsEverything actually are great! Nice environment, friendly co-workers & team works, & good management policies and benefits. While working you would know how to appreciate others, no discrimination wether what country you from; the thing is, if your Linde employee your a family.
    The challengesEverything is new to me, but with the help of the team leader everything went smooth. It molds you to become what you are right now, stress are always there in the company wether you like or not, you just know how to overcome/ surpass those things. Your stress work will be fun if you know how to love it!

    The good things- Has opportunities for travel and movement - flexible working hours - great office environment - very competitive salary and bonuses - very understanding management specially for employees with special needs (pregnant, with disability, etc)
