    The good thingsWide range of training in handling different projects. You get to work with talented/skillful senior engineer and manager of the department.

    Good Step towards a Decent Job
    The good things- Learn a lot of things related to the field I have chosen. (IE/ Auditing) - Good environment to create personal and professional relationships.
    The challenges- Employee salary/benefits/bonuses were a bit constrained compared to other companies.
