    No proper customer training. Salary was disappointing considering working with lomg hours with irate guest!
    The good thingsThe only thing i enjoyed about working here is where i found my co workmates that turned into a family ❤️ Free food, Free uniform
    The challengesThey didn't care how their employees look like. Example the very old uniform they even issue torn which is not look appealing. No proper customer training. No professional growth For training ground only

    I learned to be responsible and to do the job properly and quickly, be aware of any problems or situations.
    The good thingsI enjoy my work because of this I have come to realize what is being a Room Attendant, I find it hard and tiring but we are happy when we see our guest smiling and satisfied of our work every time they enter the room. I enjoy with my co-working family as we work together to give our guests a little happiness. Here I see how I work and knowing what is my strength and know all my responsibilities and to enjoy your work.
    The challengesI had many challenges that initially led to being weak and unskilled at work. but it wasn't enough for me to be weak at work so I helped myself stay strong and pass the test and I was successful because when i do cleaning they saw my determination to do in a clean and comfortable room and every time a guest or manager impregnated me i make their words inspiring to make my job better.

    The challengesEntitled guests, lacks employee "security" when it comes to "bad customers", lack of coordination from the other departments, lack of maintenance which affects the services of the property, no formal training, no seminar for professional improvement

    I have learned how to be more patient with irate guest and solve many guest complains.
    The good thingsI enjoyed every single day learning different things regarding customer services with the help of my co-workers, we became as one strong team by helping each other to make our guest be as comfortable as possible during there stay.
    The challengesThe most challenging I've experienced is when I solve the problems like guest complains , most of the time those irate guest, they are so hard to please but in the end after explaining carefully to them the hotel protocol/policies they will soon understand but it takes time and mostly it will test your patience and that is very challenging because you can learn from it by handling different kind of personalities .

    The good thingsi enjoy a lot working there because i love my work.
    The challengesmy challenges working for this company is the schedule because i work 5 am until 2 pm but unfortunately the management ask me to overtime until 12 midnight or sometimes 2 am until the event is done. i work again in 5 am but even though the schedule is like that especially in December i didn't complaint because i love my work and i enjoy it.

    Great teamwork and I enjoy working with my workmates and they also had a good management.
    The good thingsOur employeer provies the needs and wants to their employees because they believe that their employees gives assets to the business. They also follow the rules and regulations provided by the DOLE and theres no doubt that this establishment will go far.
    The challengesThey provide good training to their employees so that they will maintain the good service to our guest. This also helps to boost our knowledge and improve our skills when it comes in Hospitality Indudtry.

    the training as great wih proper outsanding standards to have in services, most likely in having the standards of the Fine Dining Service, as well in Greetings with the guest with attentive manners and you'll enjoy the working area.
    The good thingsenjoying entertaining and attending guest request for their stay/having an event. Also enjoying the working area with my colleagues that bring humors to the group to enjoy and love more our work.
    The challengesSometimes, the delayed of the payroll that must be given to the employees on time. just to be fair on the management. We're doing our job on time, hope they'll just do the same.
