    The good thingsGreat step if you are freshies to industry like San Miguel Corporation but take note, this Likas Yaman is just an agency deploying to SMC SL. The salary was fine.
    The challengesNo yearly increase. Half pay of your HMO is shouldered by the employee. No other benefits except for the 13th month.

    The good things1. I will enjoyed my co-workers, when we have a company outing and night life. 2. Conduct monthly inventory every 2nd week of the month. 3. Ageing stocks weekly. 4. Age upon receipt of stocks from the plant.
    The challenges1. The challenges in my job, when they commit a variances during the physical inventory. 2. When my reporting weekly does not matched when the actual stocks inventory. 3. When my reporting in ageing profile of stocks does not matched in aged in the actual.
