    Successfully established the LRMC Treasury Department
    The good thingsThe role provided me an opportunity to establish the department from ground - up. It was a fulfilling experience to see my vision come to fruition, from a two-man staff to a full department with Corporate and Operations sub-dept which I created.
    The challengesLRMC is the new entity, after it took over the operation, and rehabilitation of the LRT1. That time, it was the biggest infrastructure ticket of both Ayala Group, and MPIC Group, and a lot of milestones have to bee met before, during, and after the go-live dates.
