In decision making and this company make me more closer to God. they will nourish you with essential skills that you will need for your job description and also nourish your spiritual thirst and make you trust more to God in Jesus name.     Working with a Purpose
    The good thingsLIGHT has an over-all friendly and comfortable environment. I appreciated the daily morning devotions, the many benefits (mobile allowance, rice subsidy, transporation allowance, health card, and being part of a cooperative), and the travel opportunities. LIGHT takes really good care of its employees and allows them to grow through various training and activities funded by the organization, itself. And another thing that the employees love is the 2 week paid Christmas vacation.
    The challengesFor someone who might not be a Christian, the daily devotion and Christian-related activities may take a lot of getting used to.
