    The challengesbeing far from your family is a big challenge for anyone else and for almost 6 years living away from them is hard most especially in times of having a problem because you cant easily go home

    good for beginners
    The good thingsthe working environment for office-based staff is quite good. Salary is okay. Work and life can be balance and work is not very demanding. As for career development, depending on your position or job title, it can provide you with personal and career growth.
    The challengesI just wish employee compensation and benefits would be given more attention. If someone is looking for proper job that can sustain a family, it gives just fair. The management is not outstanding as well. I feel like it can still have some improvement.

    The good thingsI consider LBF Inc a mentor on both a professional and personal level, I have learned so much while I’m working. My time at LBF has been some of the best years of my life, the incredible people I have had the pleasure of working with throughout the years. The assistance provided with me and the insight shared in field is valuable to me.
    The challengesThe challenges I have found is when I'm in a long distance travel going to a place especially if that was my first time to go on that particular place, facing a lot of danger especially when I ride a bus, plane and a ocean ship, meeting staffs and conduct the duties and responsibilities alone.
