There is constant evaluation and reflection by peers and coordinators that surely improve the quality of student learning. Most of all, support group to nurture spiritual life.
The challengesJuggling everything. From the papers, lesson development, technology integration, special events planning, communication with parents, counseling students to meeting deadlines for assessment and lesson logs. I can say that these are struggles when a company strives to meet its goal and deliver beyond it. What the company lacks is verbal affirmation to its employees. But overall it is a very amazing work environment. It has a culture of anti-office-politics instead trustworthy colleagues who build up each other.
