Fulfilling Work ExperienceThe good thingsI have been working in Licton for 4 years now, and I must say that it has been a great experience so far. Licton provides us staff with benefits such as quarterly performance bonuse. They shoulder the SSS, Philhealth and Pagibig contributions and we receive Food Allowance.
The workload in the company is average to above average, depending on the season, but it is within the expected range of a manufacturing company.
The management promotes professionalism but does not compromise the family approach in the workplace.
During the pandemic, the company provided a shuttle service for us staff, which I appreciate.
The bosses are kind, generous, and compassionate towards the staff and its operators, which is rare to find in a company. As a staff, it is fulfilling even if my task is challenging because I feel that I take part in our Boss' vision.
They also provide company loans for us without interest.
The challengesIn my case, I have to travel 2 baranggays to get to the office. I just find the location without much convenience store around. And also the tricycle terminal, though walking distance, is a bit far from its location.
The communication between the supervisors and managers and operators and staff must be improved.
