My experience as a student leader at Liceo de Cagayan University was transformative. It strengthened my ability to lead, solve problems, and collaborate effectively. Though demanding, it shaped my character and fueled my passion for creating meaningful change within my school and community.
The good thingsBeing a student leader at Liceo de Cagayan University was a rewarding experience that enhanced my leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. I organized events, collaborated with peers, and implemented initiatives that benefited students.
The challengesBalancing academics and leadership duties was tough, requiring strong time management and resilience. Handling student concerns, coordinating events, and meeting expectations were challenging but taught me adaptability.

Working with amazing Principal made you feel comfortable and encouraged in all challenges.
The good thingsWorking as a teacher is not easy, a lot of paper works and due dates made your time less. But when you enjoy being a teacher/educational technologist, most of the tasks will be easy.
The challengesExtending more deadlines to those students whom you're the only one wants the student to pass. Parent complains, but suddenly you'll get used to it by experience.

Excellent because training skill they provide for their employees.
The good thingsI learned a lot in this institution. They help me develop my skills not only in teaching but also to be excellent in work. They provide me what I am looking for my teaching career.
The challengesThe greatest challenge working in this institution is how to deal with your colleagues, because you have different views in term of how you approach your work that is given to you, but I'm glad that I overcome this challenge at the end of my first year in teaching.

A well done effort and attitude in doing the assigned task to me by my bosses in our Department in Criminology
The good thingsI really enjoyed being a Criminology trainee because all of the people I've encountered treats me well with enough of good attitude and the workplace is so convenient, even the head of our Department gave his positive compliment to the great efforts I showed them, everyday during my On-the-job duty.
The challengesThe challenges that makes me enjoyed in my training is that, they have a lot of tasks given to me in a most timing day. Especially when they gave me paper works, like I was a pro-book keeper. Going upstairs to the fourth floor down to the ground floor, and going up to the executive office.
