    The good thingsThe good things The good thing about to this kind of work is I enjoyed having to use my initiative. I have implemented and improved a number of the systems including the construction planning and billing processing system. It helps me to boost my self confidence when dealing with other people. It also helped me to become more responsible and equipped enough to face the challenges in this kind of industry.
    The challengesThe challenges There was very little opportunity for me to use my initiative. I regard this as one of my strengths and found it frustrating that I was unable to get past the bureaucracy of such a big company to implement any improvements. That is why I am enthusiastic about working for a smaller company like this which I know encourages employees to use their initiative.

    The good thingsIt is a good company or stepping stone in a property development or owner side of the construction where you gain an experience managing and people here will just train you exactly how to be an effective employee to them and to yourself also.
    The challengesLow compensation in the long run that they like not giving you freedom to get paid even though you just file a leave and aside from that so plenty of things that they did not allow also to do overtime and no bonuses receive during Christmas.
