    The good thingsstaffs and some managers are friendly.
    The challengescompany provides limited to no petty cash for each branch, cash replenishment takes a long time. has no support when it comes to improving its CS, such as the building improvements, cleanliness. usually staffs have 2 roles, or reporting to 2 dealers (shared employee). poor management. no HMO benefits!! no enough equipment provided for us to work properly.

    Lots of work but under paid
    The good thingsIts a good training area for starter who wants to get experience. But if you want an stable and more rewarding job. I do not recommend the company for long term job.
    The challengesSince this is a group of companies. You may be assigned from different company and locations. most of the back office are centralized meaning all the companies within the group are assigned to you.
