Challenging but lots of learning in a short amount of timeThe good thingsSince it's a startup company, you are expected to adapt and learn quickly in the shortest amount of time (big advantage). Seniors are open-minded and are always helping and encouraging you to grow and learn everything in this company. In some new development/projects, you are free to choose any tech that you want but make sure it will not cause delay. Upper management are cool, approachable, and very humble.
The challengesA startup company, you are expected to be an all-rounder. Might be a bit difficult to some fresh grads or first time devs (fast-paced). No proper management in tasks and teams. Sometimes you are expected to do everything on your own to some tasks(might be an advantage because you have full control). Lack of manpower especially in IT dept. (at the time of this writing). Some tasks should be finished in the shortest possible amount of time (sometimes unrealistic) which could lead to unexpected bugs or interruptions and therefore having delays on pending tasks.
