    Wonderful experience while I'm on board.
    The good thingsThe management is so approachable, the content is clear and the tasks given are achievable and effective to the viewer.
    The challengesThe very challenging part is to understand what the client's need to show in the online platform because we are dealing the pandemic and at the same time the services they offer.

    The challengesthe management is the most challenging, they have trust issues even on old employees. Very slow career development. Management is always looking for you failures not to achievements

    I learned a lot and enjoy working here.
    The good thingsLearining a lot about my work. How to give a good and a quality service to all the patients. I became confident in everything that I do especially in interacting with the patients. And because the company or the clinic is big enough it provides adequate services and comfort, it can also accommodate hundreds of patients per day.
    The challengesWhen I was starting we used a computer radiography(CR) in the main clinic and in mobile(outside the clinic). If we accommodate 100-200 patient per day in the mobile it's too exhausted to us radiographer. And after a year we are now using direct radiography(DR) in the mobile which is faster and easier to use. Hoping that they will also use direct radiography(DR) in the clinic.
