The good thingsThe company offers you a LOT of experiences which is really good for fresh Graduate like me last 2013. It gave me the opportunity to travel around and meet people from different levels of the society.
The challengesFor starters or fresh graduates as i was back in 2013 compensation is Ok but as time goes by and They loaded a lot of task to me there comes a time that i would ask my self am I being compensated justly .. And as of career growth theres none you will be kept where you are. And as i can see with the other employees who worked here for more than five years they are still in their position.
