    Truly a great place to work with. This company is a career builder. I am who I am now because of Lexmark.
    The good thingsThis was the company that made me into who I am. I have nothing but high regard for this company and its leadership. If only it were up to me, I'd like to stay in this company until the last day of my life. This company is so good that I catch myself a lot of times still imagining parking my car in a free parking spot, having my own desk and cabinet, awesome ambiance, heartwarming friends, very family-based schedule, what else can you ask for? I even think my heart is still with this company.
    The challengesNo company is perfect. Your pay grade is not properly benchmarked across the equivalent industries based on the level of knowledge and expertise that you have acquired over the years. People sometimes lose their chances of progressing with their career growth. Some tenured managers' opinions can hinder one's career growth during performance reviews, that's why people get stuck and eventually just leave. The most inevitable issue is the recurring workforce reduction. It's like a russian-roulette, that could hit anyone, anytime. Lexmark's working environment and culture before 2011 was perfect.

    Having a work life balance if you're in a right team
    The good thingsEveryone has really given an opportunity to grow professionally. It offers a lot of online trainings for upskilling, team bonding shouldered by Lex, hybrid work setup and flex schedule is very convenient specially to those employees who's an hour(s) away from the site. You'll be very lucky if you joined a team which has great management, best newbies training and supportive teammates.
    The challengesDifferent culture per department; silo attitude within the team is still very evident, managers micromanaging their subordinates, you need to work even if you're either on personal or sick leave as you don't have back-up because of lack of manpower (depends on what team you're under) and not competitive salary offer.

    The good thingsI got this job at Lexmark, thanks to Jobstreet. This is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. Its flexible work schedules, generous budget for team bonding activities, company-sponsored health and wellness programs and the immersion to a diversity of cultures make this company uniquely a thumbs-up. Although my supported geo didn't allow any travel for specialists back then, I definitely enjoyed working here because I was able to tap my creative side through content writing
    The challengesChallenges included a fully-loaded, hard-to-apply for a company-sponsored masteral studies because everyone is aware of this company benefit and everybody is on the waiting list. The location is very near Ayala malls so that means your payday means a splurge day for shopping. And, everybody wants to work travel so that means there is a tight competition for the job position......

    The good things- Work-life Balance - Culture - The workplace is the best. Makes you want to come to office because for sure, you're going to have fun working with your team. - Incentives (flex leaves, HMO, etc..) - Flexible working time. - Leadership molds you be better and is open for you to explore other career via COP (Career Opportunity Program)
    The challenges- Company is now facing uncertainty (maybe, it's just me thinking about this) - Change after Change after Change (re-orgs) - Salary-wise, small increase given in my almost 6 years in the company.
