Unprofessional working environmentThe good thingsGreat location and mostly good colleagues
The challengesLacks consistency with processes, micromanaging superiors, and unclear career path. CEO generally jas great ideas but fails to plan things well, choosing to implement without proper consideration of factors involved. Promotion is not merit-based as management clearly promote people based on whether or not they favor them. Back-end work (e.g., editing) is also clearly viewed as less than client-facing work. Salary is ok for entrance-level employees, but raises are few and far in between.
