The good thingsOther than the competitive compensation package, local & foreign trainings, the company also values balancing your personal and professional life. It practices global ethics such as honesty, integrity, fairness, respect for others, promise keeping and compassion.
The challengesBeing in the business of clothing industry, the challenge to be on top or market leader is always a trigger to create new ways of doing things. The other challenge is how to fastract execution of changes especially if involves big amount of budget and synergy with the global plan.

The good thingsMy dimension of thinking about design work exploded when i worked with Levi's Philippines! The company opened me up to so much avenues and ways of thinking about designing and the craft in its entirety.
The challengesAs i was a new employee in this multi-national company, i could have had a better ease-in stage. There was so many things to absorb and new situations to adjust to. But, hard as it was, i am very fortunate to have survived my trials.
