    It was a great experience to work offshore. If you are flexible and adaptable you can overcome the change in requirements.
    The good thingsHas an opportunity to work offshore (Hongkong, Singapore, Malaysia) It is the top company in Hongkong Once a week RTO (can be change) Has annual mid year bonus
    The challengesSometimes counterpart doesnt listen to your suggestions. They constantly tend to change the project requirements, hence project timeline is affected. Counterpart higher ups politics\ Slow Career Development
