    The good thingsThey have many operations. Thus, inter-department communication is always needed. Having a good english proficiency is a must. You might be working with a team combination of all locals, or up to all expats. Shifting duty schedule per department policy, while break time is very flexible.

    The good thingsfriendly co-workers within my department, easy job, and heaps of benefits (free uniform, weekly coffee supplies etc.) Team Building, Sport Competition, Annual Dinner etc. Have also made life long friends.
    The challengesThe public transport to the work place can be very busy during peak hours plus the very long queue in elevator that can reach sometimes more or less 100m of queue. You need atleast 1-2hrs advance for not to be late.
