    The good things-Perfect for fresh graduates to improve their knowledge and personal skills that will help them to grow their personalities and relation to co-workers as family -Skills and knowledge that will improve their Patient, Human resource environment, strategy(Diskarte), Exposure to clients, and to meet and exceed the satisfaction of their clients. -Professionalism -Training's is perfectly helpful even you pass it or not (at least you learned something worth it to your next employer or application).

    The company could have done better.
    The good thingsLot of client exposure is a good training ground especially for new graduates.
    The challengesVery low salary. Management has closed ears. Don’t care about employees. Don’t give employees what they deserve (monetarily and acknowledgement). More rooms for improvement but management is not willing to do it. They just care all about money going in to the company.
