    The good thingsLED can give you lots of open doors and it's up to you which one to take. They will help you get there as long as you also work hard for it. In the times of your tenure, you will grow - surely! But that depends on your attitude towards work and how strong your patience is.
    The challengesToo many recruited manpower for outsourcing, but few LED manpower in handling the bulk which results to minimal relationships and assistance between people. Also, low in high tech internal procedures, they use manual at a lot of things.
