    During my apprenticeship i was assigned under compben department and it was great to know more about their company and government issued benefits.

To have initiative and self discipline. And Im so proud of this company that make my life better as well as my attitude in work.
    The challengesWell, a lot of things that I have encountered towards my work. The mistakes of your work. You have to analyze how to solve your mistaken. As a worker it ishard for me in the first place .Eventhough they give you a work instruction and focus on it. There are times you can encounter mistakes. Because we are not trully perfect. But i think the cause is dont have enough due to overtime work required.
