    I managed the manufacturing department
    The good thingsThe top management is open to ideas and suggestions.The managers,even the top executives talk to operators and rank and file employee to clearly understand situations in the shop floor and offices. The management always think how to improve the working conditions of emplyoyee.
    The challengesThere were occassions that supervisors and managers can't implement their improvement ideas because the top management preferred their own style or maybe we did not convince them well.
