    This is not a perfect company, but this is already embracing progress.
    The good thingsThe good things , I guess is the salary for the corp people. We have a high salary. Money is one thing that motivates people to work. The company is slowly embracing change and improving processes that we have. We will have our health benefits this year.
    The challengesThere are a lot of challenges in this company. We have problems when it comes to salary disputes,but we are improving our payroll system. I have faith in this company. The next big thing is Non Voice system, so, we will work on being the best and competent in the Non Voice Call Center Industry.
