    overall work environment negatively impacted morale.
    The good thingsOn a positive note, some colleagues were supportive.
    The challengesDuring my tenure, I consistently grappled with an overwhelming workload, inadequate compensation, and a hostile work environment led by a power-tripping superior. Despite raising concerns, there was little effort to address these issues.

    Great Experience
    The good thingsI enjoy the new things in regards to the products that I handle & I learn new things particularly new instrument for the factory that I don't know and usually used. I also know that not all owners are rude to their employees since I can directly communicate with the owner of the company without holding out any idea that can help the business (they treat us their partner) even our superior.
    The challengesThe most difficult is the given since it not that favorable since the companies that I have been has a decision already in buying certain instruments that there are going to used for their factory machines, I just needed a lot more time at least a year or so.
