    The good thingsLearning new operating systems is fun. I was able to master the Aging reports.
    The challengesI like figuring out solutions to problems all by myself so sometimes I struggle to ask help, but I am improving on that.

    My experience at LCG is about batteries, tires, oil for cars and motors, communicate with the customer.
    The good thingsThe good thing about at LCG is time management. Strict when in comes of LATE AND ABSENCES. They have good training with the new hired employee. You will learn start from warehouses until your area.
    The challengesThe challenge working at LCG is to how to handle mad customer. When you face your customer you need to listen what they want and focus only to your customer don't be distracting when there's new customer. Smile always and you should have a high patient. Because customer is always right.

    The good thingsthe company was trusted you all over the stocks inside the warehouse, more transportation going to some places both air freight and sea freight, as distributor company we are carrying a fast moving products all over the country.
    The challengesweekly inventory because not easy to reconcile the fast moving items against our system ,& also transportation of goods to other places because aside it cost more budget it was risk of theft carried by the 3rd party logistics. and any transaction being canceled you are the one to be questioned.
