    The good thingsThe working environment, the workload that teaches you to multitasks and improve your communication skills. It's a small company but you can learn everything here and you can really see how you grow into a very professional HR practitioner.
    The challengesManagement leadership is something to be improve though it's been pretty well nowadays. Just stricter implementations of policies and rules because after all that is for the betterment of the company.
