They will push you to go through your career plans in a way that is best and good for you.     The good thingsThe company provide training for the enhancement of skills of the employee. The company has a good incentive scheme for the employee and value the wellfare of their employee. They provide assistance to their employees, re-creational activities and even a chance to explore other employment opportunities since they prioritze internal hiring.
    The challengesEmployee's are exposed to everyday meetings so you need to effectively communicate with the different departments. There are employees that is not so open and not so cooperative to give you information about the process. For a fresh graduate or a starter with no background in a logistics company, it would be difficult to understand the process, the challenge is on how you deal with others.
