    Despite the challenges, I'm definitely happy and satisfied working in lattice. Would love to retire here if given the chance.

    The challengesIf you intend to make your work speak for itself then it can be quite challenging as the management quite focuses on your participation on non work and ad hoc activities, rather than how you do your job itself. It can be quite difficult for employees who likes to be away from the spotlight.

    The good thingsPeople are kind from the managers down to your colagues. Experience and Challenges will really help you grow, but ofcourse with their help. You can guarantee to have time for your family and yourself.
    The challengesDuring Training days will always be one of the difficult times. Adjusting with the people, with the tools, with the culture. And also, when deadlines are fast approaching.

    Work hard and play harder.
    The good thingsThe people are great. They don't treat you as sub-ordinates but instead treat you with importance. They always make people feel that they are all part of every success of the company. Hierarchy is discouraged to promote equality and sense of belonging for all. They provide work-life balance wherein team buildings are held and celebrations are done whenever a milestone is achieved.
    The challengesIn a nature where everything is challenging, every employee should feel that they are valued and acknowledged not just emotionally and verbally but also financially. Probably no company is perfect and the challenge I feel right now is that I feel like I am underpaid. I spent too much effort for a lesser reward. But then again, the environment is great that is why I'm patient and I'm staying.
