    The challengesNo proper training for new employees so high turnover. Heavy workload for low salary and no other benefits besides government-mandated so don't expect. Some employees have worked here for many years but are still not promoted or given salary increase at least.

    The good thingsI'm so fortunate that I was given the opportunity to work with wonderful people in this company. Our manager taught me everything I needed to learn not only to perform well but also to grow as an individual. Working for this company really helped me become a better person.
    The challengesIt was quite intimidating at first knowing how big the company is, but I was able to learn the ropes eventually and became very good at my job. Thanks to my team. It was a lot of fun working with them.

    The good thingsthe office location is close to my home. I learned a lot from the function that was given to me, though I had to learn it fast. my colleagues are very nice. the top management is commendable
    The challengesthe function is very critical, you need to be detail-oriented. you need to learn fast to cope with the back logs. you need to settle for what's already there, like you have to use an obsolete desktop while waiting for the new one yet they want you to work fast, insufficient resources like not all benefits are given but you stay nice and patient, waiting till your boss will have time for it..

    The good thingsEven though I received only a low salary during my stayed in this company but the good thing I valued more is the training that I have undergone. I was properly mold to become an effective workforce in the future and I've already benefited it now in my current job. For your information this is my first job after I graduated college.

    The good thingsThe company has a very conservative leader with hands-on style of management. It has adapted a state-of-the-art system, SAP, as their backbone in recording financial transactions. One important aspect that any company would like to copy is its completeness in policies and the strict adherence thereto.
    The challengesThe company should improve on the reporting requirements for its shareholders and for all its stakeholders. It has to establish its own peculiar way of reporting in such a way as to encourage all internal costumers, as well as its external customers to utilize, read and to follow it.

    The good thingsCamaraderie of each employee/individuals and there is an activity called LOVE day wherein this activity will make the employees share not just the skills but the talents that they possess. The manager and employee relationship are good.
    The challengesThere is no difficulty working here because every work are discussed by superiors at the first time it was given. Trainings are given to individuals to possess the skills or enhance the skills.
