    Helped me get through college
The good thingsThe company provides the equipment, infrastructure, and set up for earning. The working hours were also flexible.
The challengesThe salary was low compared to what the management expects you to teach their clients. Hope this has changed over the years.

It is a good company for those who seek temporary work and those who are just starting in the ESL industry.
The good thingsThe team leaders are helpful. The salary is also quite reasonable especially if you work on a graveyard shift. The job itself it very easy since the students are respectful and friendly.
The challengesThe management does not give much considerations with internet issues, given that they don't provide internet allowance. Also, the human resource department does not communicate with employees on time especially during the renewal of contract.

    I loved working here!
The good thingsYou get to meet different people with different backgrounds. The management always checks on the performance of their teachers and they help you improve. They don't settle for mediocrity in teaching. The team leaders are understanding and they treat you like family.
The challengesThe only challenge I had was when I tried teaching graveyard-shift classes. You have to adjust your body clock because of that.

    A Stress-reliever!
The good thingsLangrich is a place where you can be yourself, your colleagues and the management won't judge you. The management tried very hard in supporting the employees, they also made so many changes and improvements for the good of the whole company. If you are a person who is always willing to embrace change, this company is for you since Langrich is always evolving into something better. My experience was very nice and if I have another choice, I wouldn't resign.
The challengesChallenges? Well, the schedule, that's why I resigned (sigh). I am a mother and I find it hard to do all the motherly duties because of my schedule. I have a full-time job and I also do a part-time job in Langrich, maybe in the future, I will try to apply again.

The good thingsGood supervisors. Location. Good working relationship with other teachers.
The challengesPoor evaluation system. No loyalty incentive for part time teachers. No increment of salary for already grade a teacher. No continuing education or training opportunities.
