    The challengesOne of the challenges in working here is I suppose to some this may be a pro, but others a con -- it is very fast-paced here. We are growing rapidly (which is awesome!) but that sometimes means lots of change!

    The good thingsMEETING NEW PEOPLE WITH DIFFERENT PERSONALITY. I GAIN NEW KNOWLEDGE IN CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS. I LEARN TO USE MY ABILITY IN COMPUTER SOFTWARE. I DISCOVER THE OTHER THINGS I CAN DO ALONE.
    The challengesIT NEVER EASY HANDLING A SUBORDINATES WITH DIFFERENT PERSONALITY. I NEED TO ADJUST WITH THE SURROUNDINGS TO MAINTAIN GOOD RELATIONSHIP TO CO-WORKERS. BEING A LEADER REQUIRE SKILLS ESPECIALLY IN DECISION MAKING, IT'S EITHER LOSS OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMPANY.
