    The good thingsI learned a lot of things regarding the rules and regulations of the street especially the violations. My employer teach me on how to deal with different people, you should always be in manner no matter how rude or how nice the client.
    The challengesThe monthly report about the vehicles and violations. They have a quota to get every month and I am one of people who do the report and its quite challenging because you have to get the exact numbers of vehicles that has violations and apprehended.
