    The challengesThere were challenges in this company especially in this time of transition and merging. I've been with UCPB before so I know how challenging it is from the start. Answering all queries of the clients how will it affect their accounts once it became a landbank account and in my part, as a new accounts clerk, I am explaining it to them in full details how it works and assuring them that we will do our part to retain the good service that they experience with UCPB.
