    The good thingsWorking with Berlin team is really challenging yet fun and exciting. You are introduced with new technologies in web development that will really help you as a developer. They never fail to give you challenging roles yet they always guide you throughout your journey with Lamudi. They also give trainings to help us with everything. If you wanted to be surrounded with smart, talented and funny people, you've got to join us!
    The challengesI hope they create more activities that will make all departments more close with one another. I think most companies really has a gap with IT and other departments, but somehow, in Lamudi, we manage to be as close with one another as a family. I just really hope there are more activities that could really take out the gap between all of us. :)

    Once had plenty of promise, now just another company to only go to if you only want a job
    The good thingsA lot of the people are easy to work and get along with, which very much helps in dealing with the stress coming from the current lack of good direction in the company
    The challengesThe company had plenty of potential, and after experiencing some growing pains, was well on its way to really being the best in its industry like it claims. After changing leadership however, it has now just totally gone down hill. There is a very obvious lack of planning and organization, where all the head seems to care about is making money while having problematic products and not building client relationships. This focus on money has led to KPI's that change every month, and many tasks for not as many a number of employees
