    Good work environment!
    The good thingsMost people are friendly. The managers are kind and down to earth. Especially in our department ( accounting ). The salary for starters are mostly low but they give an almost monthly commission which is equal for all whether you are a supervisor and managerial or a rank and file. They also offer a free service which I really like cause it was such an expense reduction to me.
    The challengesThere are some people who have attitude problems. ( Though I understand that every company has those people so you just dont have to mind them )

    The good thingsThe company is small but deals with a lot of important pharmaceutical products. It's easy to get along with my coworkers which reduces the stress that comes along with work. The company follows the holidays and gives the benefits mandated by the government to their employees. The salary is never delayed.
