I do not recommend this company. Most employees dislike working here, especially because of management. Many stay only because they haven’t found another job yet. The work environment is toxic, with favoritism, excessive workload, and little recognition. Employees often have to pretend or “play nice” just to avoid conflicts.
The good thingsThe only positive aspect of working here is the colleagues who understand and share your frustrations with management. They make the workload slightly more manageable and provide some support in an otherwise challenging environment. Beyond that, there’s nothing good about this company.
The challengesFavoritism is rampant, the workload is excessive, and the salary does not match the effort required. Management often compares employees, fails to give credit for accomplishments, does not listen to employee concerns, and creates an environment where it’s difficult to feel valued.

You don't have a future here, I wasted my time and effort only to be terminated. Years of hard work only to receive a termination letter.
The good thingsPerks, work-life balance. Hybrid work and you get to have your own machine.
The challengesA lot. Training is rushed, next thing you know, you're doing live work. THERE IS NO JOB security. You'll be surprised that you have a termination letter and they will opt for a freelancer instead, especially after the season is over. Watch out. You don't matter.

Avoid this company. The management doesn't listen to their employees. They don't provide proper training to the new employees but they expect them to perform effectively and efficiently in their respective job.
The good thingsThey offer average salary and have a 14th month bonus.
The challengesManagement. The management doesn't listen to their employees.
