    It's not for everybody.
    The good thingsTheir work schedules are 7am to 4pm for the support departments. Which means I can go home early. And my commute is not within rush hour.
    The challengesThey can improve the way they treat their Finance employees a lot better because they are one of the foundations of it.

    The good thingsThe community and the people. Particularly the people because I find them very helpful, in a way that teaches me things and opportunity I haven't encountered before.
