    it was a challenging role and a demanding work environment, especially with the pressure to meet targets. However, the experience and lessons I gained helped me become more competitive in the field of sales. The kind and friendly colleagues also made the environment more manageable and bearable.
    The good thingsThis was my first job after graduating from college and it has trained and exposed me to both customer relations and logistics monitoring. It's a good place to work, and the company provides the proper tools needed for my role. They also have portals for easy monitoring and coordination.
    The challengesEveryday hustle. Clients and bosses may reach out asking for my assistance over the weekend especially when there are urgent concerns or inquiries. Dealing with irate customers is a common challenge, but as a salesperson, I believe these are part of the job.
