    Good for beginners... not for seasoned employees
    The good thingsIt's a university, the salary is average. That's it.
    The challengesTheir management is ill-prepared when there are school events. Indecisive attitude makes our work more uncomfortable and pretty stressful. Simple stuff, like using "common sense" for taking an action from simple, the average is not present.

    The good thingsIt's a big university so you will feel a sense of pride because you're working in a big school
    The challengesHow they manage us teachers is really stressful. There are times that they're not competent or they don't know what they should do. Too much politics... they (admin people) care about their image rather than the people that work for them.
