It's a great place to kickstart your career.
The good thingsThe best thing about the company is it's complete immersion in software testing. It offers a very competitive and compelling quality assurance experience. It's a great venue for learning and improving manual testing. The benefits are packaged excellently. The company also reaches out to the community by actively giving aid and conducts outreach programs and activities. Also plenty of company activities geared towards team building and fun.
The challengesStill stuck in manual testing. Needs more effort in pushing for automation testing and methodologies. Repetitive routines that could get boring at times. Very few advances in technology and testing practices.

    Empowered
The good thingsIf there is one word that describes my experience here, it would be empowered. The management gives you as much say as possible for how you handle your team, which will really challenge your resourcefulness, creativity and assertiveness. They provide a chance for you to shine, as long as you are willing to do all the necessary work.
The challengesYou do not receive a lot of feedback from the management which can make you question if you are doing it right. But if you did something wrong, you will surely know about it. You cannot expect anyone to mentor you. They also do not provide a lot of training, so make sure you do your own homework on how to improve yourself.
