    My experience so challenging for me as a first timer in the work place i meet different people ang new things I learn a lot like to value
    The good things I have a lot learn in every single day the co-worker is so kind and nice and i would say the management is good

    Good company but since the company is new expect many changes to happen.

    It's worth all the efforts that I've learned so much in multi-tasking.

    Working in Kuya J or other restaurants is very challenging.

    It was a great experience. Serving customers with such a great honor.
    The good thingsI enjoyed a lot especially meeting some different kind of customers. Making them smile and of course there is no such thing as perfect I've learned a lot on how to deal with different kinds of people. The important thing is that there is grace under pressure..
    The challengesI have a lot. Especially when we started because our store is the first branches in our province actually in Philippines they already have 100 store open as for now. We are the pioneering my colleagues and I. There are some adjustment between us which is not hard to adjust. Dealing with hungry and angry customers and despite of giving my 100 percent there are still some costumers who are not happy with my service but that's okay. I do still believe that still I have a lot to learn.

    The good thingsWorking in Kuya J has never been a dream of mine, I first look at them like just one of those fast food chain's that serve delicious but costly food, but I was really Dumb founded when I started working for them. Even with my Employment process, they were very generous to give me a chance to work for them, that is why I'm dedicating myself to work for them, as long as I can.
    The challengesAs for now, challenges that arises are the natural Restaurant conflicts that I along with my co-employees encounter on a weekly basis. The only challenge that I think I'll have to worry for now is, the constant patronage of our beloved customers, on how to please them and give them the great service and experience their looking for.
