It is good when you're just starting your career or just looking for a part-time job.
The good thingsIt's good when you're just starting with your career. You can learn a lot from your students as well.
The challengesNo career growth. Stressful. Very very low salary.

This is a good company for fresh grad or starting their career
The good thingsThe company is good at training the new staff. Regardless of the position/role, you will experience and understand the brand very well. Bonus and company outing is fun. A lot of other benefits like transportation allowance, clothing allowance, internet allowance and rice subsidy monthly. There's also a lot of learning opportunities, internal and external. People working here are friendly and professional.
The challengesSome of the franchisees are rude.

Good if you're starting your career, but if you're shifting - it isn't.
The good thingsThe office is really nice. Majority of the co-workers are pleasant to work with. They also have this culture of rotating personnel to every department for their "holistic development" for employees. They have good allowances and perks. Great on-boarding system for new hires.
The challengesBelow average salary. Beware of the inter-department politics as usual. Expect to take home your work as the work environment is fast paced and performance intensive - as for a Japanese company. You'll be graded frequently. Expect a school-like culture of non-stop evaluations, expectations and contempt. Promotions take too long, even for performing employees.

Great environment to hone your skills and abilities, but provides low compensation for the job.
The good things1. The people you work with are very passionate and goal-driven. 2. Leaders and colleagues are always helpful and are very patient. 3. May travel for company events. 4. Everyday is a challenge. You will be given opportunities to explore your creativity and share your talent thus, contribute to your overall self development and growth.
The challenges1. Too much workload. Some tasks are very unnecessary for ADMs like directing Instructors' concerns/inquiries to the concerned divisions for a more efficient flow of information. 2. Low compensation for the amount of work given to ADMs. 3. Tendency for learning opportunities to become very redundant. 4. Slow career progress and limited opportunities to be assigned in a higher position.

Traditional corporate company that doesn't fully live up to its own mission and vision
The good things- There are opportunities to work with passionate franchisees and associates here and outside the globe. The work itself is interesting! Benefits are good, too.
The challenges- Transparency is very low - Traditional top-down corporate culture (hierarchy is emphasized too much) - Poor communication to staff - Outdated equipment - Too much work, too little pay - Too much workplace politics - Wouldn't recommend working here if you're a fresh graduate as workload can be toxic and demanding

Too much stress and low salary
The good thingsSome employees are really friendly and the company can shower you with verbal compliments
The challengesThe load of work is unbelievable and the salary is low. During lockdown, compensations were lessened and employees were not even given financial help but only offered to give assistance on a loan that will be requested from a different entity

FULFILLING ENDEAVOR IN A EDUCATION INDUSTRY
The good thingsI enjoyed working in this company because I really gained authentic friends. Hanging up with them makes our work much more productive i and out of the office. This is my home for almost a decade. the organization boost my leadership skills and help me to be the best that I can be
The challengesBeing a teacher, is noble and an opportunity to shoulder some kind of responsibility Although the resources are almost complete for us to be able to instruct the students well, Compensation, Training and development is quite the challenge. Opportunity area for them is to capitalize more on Instructor's personal growth and development.

The challengesThe challenge hear is when I have to deal with parents.

    Life Changing Wxperience
The good thingsEmployer gave total support to all instructors and staff. You actually earn depending on your marketing skills and teaching strategies, but the best thing is they will give you all support you'd need in all aspects of the business. They also provide continuous training to instructors to keep you and your center in top form! All the other staff in every department are all so approachable.
The challengesMaintaining a certain number of students to sustain my center was a big challenge. Initial business requirement is quite minimal, but the maintenance to support the over all operation of the center is quite difficult. However, have I weighed my priorities, and really worked hard to attract more students, it would have been a lucrative field.
