    POOR MANAGEMENT
    The good thingsCo-Employee is Great specially in Operations Department. You can gain good knowledge here and work professionaly, BUT.
    The challengesHonestly, the salary is not competitive and the some of the Policy are not balanced. I've been working here for almost 8 years but they always promise about salary structure and still not implemented ever since the KPI started. That is why some of the best and skillful employee leave KPI. The dedication was there but the support from the management isn't good.

    I got more knowledge and exercise my profession as a mechanic.
    The good thingsThe co-employee is great with good working environment. If you want knowledge, you can broad it here but if you need competitive salary maybe you should think twice.
    The challengesI think Kubota Phils needs improve the good leadership in management and good salary to the R&F people.

    The good thingsGetting new ideas about agricultural machinery. And give new opportunities to me in terms of professional ability. Conducting daily and weekly reports or other necessary reports. Monitoring the finding services in different area covered.
    The challengesGive possible solution to the clients concern's. Monitoring all units for repair, Conduct quality checking of does finished units. Conduct schedules of service mechanic ind efferent area. Receive calls form clients for there concerns. And conduct of calls for the monitor the units of the clients.
