    I enjoy working with the people here, as well as my relationship with management.
    The good thingsI enjoy working with my team. My manager manages the team well, listens to suggestions and/or concerns, and provides help when needed.
    The challengesAs we handle end-to-end recruitment, it can be a bit challenging at times when our clients have different working hours from the normal 8 to 5. I would need to monitor interviews at night, which is way past my working hours.

    This company made me realize that a good working environment should always be the top priority when finding a company
    The good thingsThe people I work with are all easy to be with and also very helpful to one another. Our Managers also makes sure to help and train us to be a better headhunter. Lastly, the company let us communicate with our clients and manage our own accounts.
    The challengesEvery work has its challenges. For me, I think one of the challenges I encounter in this company is the targets.

    End to end recruitment cycle and good environment
    The good thingsWhat I like about KSearch is its good environment and flexibility in the work schedule. It also helped me deal with professionals, especially Senior to Executive level people.
    The challengesThe most challenging part of my tasks is meeting deliverables. But along the way, it makes me strive for the best and exert more effort in my work.
