    Apply at your own risk
The good thingsMaybe I was lucky to be part of a great team.
The challengesFor the past 4+ years, NO salary increase. NO career development. Full of “favoritism”. You will only get promoted if the management like you. If not, then cry!

    Very appropriate for corporate newbies
The good thingsI belong to a good team. Our lead makes sure we have good work and life balance. This is not applicable to all teams but in our team, it is very apparent. The culture is also very laid back so it suits individuals who want to take it slow. Benefits are also quite generous.
The challengesThe Compensation & Benefits department can do better with the way our salaries are handled. It's as if we have disputes almost every month.

    Good Company Culture
The good things1. International exposure and lets you work on your own although the stakeholders are still there to guide. 2. You only work for 8hrs including breaks. 3. Very good company culture
The challenges1. Problematic local HR. Archaic process and incompetent HR. Too conventional practice. Took too long to release final pay. Literally waits for more than a month before release even though you are cleared. 2. Low pay and not competitive benefits package. Few leaves.

Recruitment process in the Philippines is meh
The good thingsVery promising company according to their website
The challengesWas interviewed by one of their recruitment consultants, it was brief and did not care to elaborate the details. I mostly asked all of the questions. I was informed that I would get feedback the next day but to no avail. I even messaged them but got left on read! Please respect your candidates, qualified or not. It would only take a few seconds to inform them that they did not progress.

    Great company to be with!
The good thingsKorn Ferry will give you a lot of opportunities to begin with, may it be about work or company wide. Everyone is really approachable as well and would really help you achieve your goals work wise. The management won't really limit you to do things, most especially if it's about your growth within the company.
The challengesJust the schedule of work. But it's manageable.

One of the best Global RPO Companies to work for
The good thingsI feel blessed and thankful for being part of an organization that helps me grow not just as a recruitment professional, but also as an artist -- a company that made me #MoreThan what I expected to be. Thank you, Korn Ferry, for supporting my passion. Cheers to more years of great career adventures with you!

    WASTE OF TIME
The good thingsWell-customized and organized office
The challengesIf you're not an experienced employee, don't try to apply to this company, they will just waste your time inviting you to set of interviews then at the end you will be declined for some reason, because their standards are too high, but they're just a 1-billion dollar revenue company. What a trash recruitment.

    Great industry to start with.
The good thingsI enjoy the training and work-related seminars that really helped me to become more aware of my job role. I really liked the way they shape their employees to become globally competitive and skilled.
The challengesI felt like the management needs to be improved most likely the way they oversee the employees. The benefits as well I hope in the near future it will be improved and as well as the salary.

    A big joke
The good thingsThey seemed nice and genuine during the interview.
The challengesFalse hope. They tell you only one interview but youll face a few of them. Theyll just have you come over and waste your time. They dont seemed sincere with their process. Dont waste your time here.

A company that promises a global career
The good thingsKorn Ferry Futurestep started here in Manila this June 2016. It's a startup in the PH but it's a very established company globally. We have 1,200 colleagues around the world and it's very supportive in terms of training and giving people the tools they need for work. Since we're still small in Manila, our contributions are very visible and growth is really on the track.
The challengesBirthing pains is inevitable since it's new in the country. There are a lot of processes that we need to customize for Philippine workplace setting.
